Spa Etiquette

We hope that the following information will help to enhance your experience at Luxecares Spa & Lounge.  Once you have an opportunity to review our spa etiquette, please feel free to inquire further with any of our staff, who will be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

 

AGE

You must be 18 years or older to enjoy our services and facilities. Guests under the age of 18 may have manicure and pedicure. For any other services, we require approval from a parent(s).

 

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated.  We ask that you please arrive fifteen minutes before the commencement of your service, which will allow adequate time to check-in, complete our lifestyle consultation form, and relax before your service.

 

We understand that on occasion a situation may arise resulting in a late arrival, and although we will do everything we can to accommodate you.  To avoid any disruption to other guests, we may have to shorten the requested service or reschedule your appointment.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask that you provide 24-hours notice of any individual appointment cancellation, and 48-hours notice when canceling a group-booking.  We reserve the right to charge any service when guests do not provide notice and miss a scheduled appointment.

 

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and debit cards.

 

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?

Gratuity is not included in our prices and is at your discretion.

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING A SERVICE?

Our staff will accommodate any privacy concerns you may have, so please inquire at our front desk about any special clothing requirements for your scheduled appointment.

 

WHERE DO I STORE MY PERSONAL ITEMS DURING A SCHEDULED SERVICE?

We recommend that you secure all your personal items during your time with us.

 

CAN I USE MY CELL PHONE IN SPA?

To preserve our relaxing spa environment, we kindly ask that you please refrain from cell phone use while visiting our facility.

 

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE SPA?

We do love children; however as our spa is a place of relaxation, we do not permit young children under 6 to be present during any scheduled service.

 

HOW CAN I BUY SPA GIFT CARD?

From a luxurious full-service pampering to a simple manicure, we offer a complete range of spa packages, services and treatments for someone who deserves something truly special.  Our gift cards are elegantly packaged with beautiful gift holders and can be purchased in any of our locations.  Give the gift of luxury today!

 

CAN A GIFT CERTIFICATE BE APPLIED TOWARDS A DIFFERENT SERVICE OR PACKAGE?

Yes, if you have received a gift card for a particular service and are interested in modifying your spa experience, or if you are giving a gift card to someone and want them to have flexibility in their desire services, rest assured that the value of the gift card can be applied toward any other service or purchased of interest.

 

DO YOU HOST EVENT OR PARTIES AT THE SPA OR MY PLACE?

Absolutely, it's one of our specialties!  Whether it’s a handful of your best girlfriends or 20 fashion-obsessed teenagers, let us host an event no one will expect, and everyone will talk about it. You can start your night with us, or make it the main event. We’ll provide the drinks and spa treatments, and leave it to our party planner to help you with rest.

One thing’s for sure, your next birthday party, sweet sixteen, bridal shower, or girl’s night out will be the "best looking" and most unique affair you’ve ever hosted.
